artistic statement
I want to be an actor because storytelling and characters have always meant more to me than just entertainment. From a very young age, characters—especially animated ones—were a source of comfort during some of the hardest moments of my childhood, and that connection is what first inspired my love for acting and voice acting. I’m fascinated by how a voice or performance can bring something imagined to life and make it feel real, human, and meaningful. Throughout high school, I’ve had the opportunity to perform in shows like Elf the Musical, The Addams Family, Annie, Bye Bye Birdie, White Christmas, High School Musical, and The Little Mermaid, with my favorite roles being Jack Scott in High School Musical and Chef Louis in The Little Mermaid. I’m especially excited to be playing Willard in Footloose in May 2026. As an actor and aspiring voice actor, my goal is to create characters that can comfort, entertain, and inspire others the same way those characters once did for me.
